At ELEGOO US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D printers and electronics; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure all components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Technical Assessment

  Our support engineers may provide troubleshooting steps or request photos/videos of the device to determine if the issue is covered under warranty or requires a return.

  Package Your Item

  Once approved, securely pack the product in its original factory packaging, including all tools, SD cards, and resin tanks to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after our warehouse inspects the return.
